How it works

I used a series of tests to diagnose the HVAC’s performance and measure exactly how much energy is being delivered to the home, and where it might be wasted.

Going with the biggest or most expensive HVAC equipment is not always a good choice. An oversized system will turn on and off all day. This wastes energy, makes noise, and causes uneven air distribution.

So I choose a correctly sized heating and cooling system, connected it to a well sealed and thoroughly insulated duct system. The system was installed with proper start-up procedures and refrigerant charge. This is the only way to achieve sufficient and equally distributed air flow, and therefore, efficiency and comfort.
